I picked up this shaker deck for a small washplant I'm building. Shaker is a 3'x8' double deck. Decal on the side says "American Hi-Grader LTD" Spokane, WA.

I can not find any information on this outfit. Anyone out there ever heard of, or familiar with American Hi-Grader ?

I'd like to find out the original power source they had on these shakers? What RPM they were turning.

Thanks, Dick

I have no information for you, but its a nice shaker. What type of washplant are you planning? Ive always liked the New Zealand style floating plants, but those are usually trommels.

I'm building just a basic hopper fed, skid mounted shaker plant with boxes for recovery. I already have a trommel plant, this shaker is for a
project on some high bench gravels. Material is perfect for a shaker plant.

Yes, the NZ floaters are the cat's meow for the right situation.
